This one day workshop will provide the key elements for recordkeeping and reporting occupational injuries and illnesses including general recording criteria, cases involving days away from work, restricted work, job transfer, hearing loss, as well as practice in filling out sample cases on all required OSHA 300 recording forms. A certificate of completions will be isued following successful completion of the course.
