10-Hour Construction Workers Safety Health Training Construction workers can receive safety and health training. This low-cost OSHA training offered for construction workers will enable attendees to obtain their 10 Hour OSHA Construction Card. The training is conducted by Ron Gacek, MS, an OSHA-qualified instructor from the West Virginia Division of Labor’s OSHA Consultation Program and will cover confined space entry, fall protection, scaffolding, cranes and rigging, electrical, excavation, hazard communication, and more.
