The WOMEN’S BUSINESS & TRAINING CENTER is committed to developing leadership, independence and entrepreneurship for the Women of West Virginia. Women are empowered with the tools to make informed decisions about business ownership through training, business coaching and mentoring.

The Women’s Business and Training Center  (WBC) celebrated the grand opening of its new, more convenient location on Thursday, April 25^th.  The new Center is just off of I-77 at 301 B George Street.    The new facility has larger rooms for training and provides easier access for clients, who come from 11 area counties.  The WBC moved to its new location at the end of February.    The WBC is a non-profit agency that assists primarily women (although 35% of its clients are men)  begin and expand businesses and provides training to them and their employees.  ,
